All activities are being performed under the aiges of The Haji Langa Trust.
1. The Madrasa, apart from teaching the Holy Book and tenets of Islam also holds classes for learning English, Hindi, Science, Mathematics and the Social Science. The aim is to give the children education in consonance with what is taught in other Educational Institutions that keep in view the secular traditions of our country.
The Madrasa Taleem-ul-Qur’an has been functioning in the premises of Masjid Haji Langa, Sector-3, R.K.Puram, New Delhi since 1992. It caters to the educational needs of the community living in the vicinity. The Madrasa curriculum is a blend of religious education (Deeniyat) and modern education. While emphasis is laid on the study of Qur’an, Hadith and Shariah (Islamic Law), English, Hindi, Science, Mathematics and Social-Science are also being taught simultaneously. Well qualified and committed teachers are deployed to look after the wards round the clock. Madrasa has been accredited with the NIOS.
For teaching these other subjects in the Madrasa from class I to VIII, the books published by NCERT have been prescribed. The cherished aim of the organisers is to inspire the students of this Madrasa to be dedicated learners and at the same time wholeheartedly devote themselves to the task of nation building and making India a better place for future generations.
2. Computer education has also been added to the curriculum.
3. A full-fledged dispensary along with a qualified Doctor has been opened in the premises to serve the needs of our 370 students and also public at large in the neighborhood.
